Today I went to the store, to the store and nothing more.
Along the way I stopped to say, "These chores are such a bore."
And when I stopped, who should see me across the way?
Why, my very good friend Tracey Leigh May!

"Come with me!" said Tracey Leigh May,
"Come with me, and then you'll see,
that chores can be much more than a bore!"

So off I went, to the corner mart,
to buy myself some cookies and tarts.
"See?" Said Tracey, looking quite spacey,
"Shopping can be so much fun!
Chopping prices one by one!"

And then what should appear, out of midair,
but a rabid raccoon, festooned with balloons!
It flew right on by, while holding a pie,
out in its hands for all to try.

"Oh what a day!" said Tracey Leigh May,
"We went to the store, and nothing more,
to buy tarts and pies, and a funny disguise.
But then a raccoon, suspended by balloons,
decided to fly and offered us pie!"

"WE best leave now," Says I,
"Or next we will be attacked by a rabid cow!"
